Eat the Archives: Live!

Join Theatre Chef Leo Burtin in our brand-new learning kitchen for a culinary journey through our archives, where stories come alive through taste.
Leo will prepare for you a three-course meal of dishes inspired by some of the stories of journeys and arrivals from our archive. From the streets of Cheetham Hill to trans-Atlantic adventures, Leo will use objects from our collection alongside the tastes and smells of the dishes to transport you through these stories of the past. By sitting together and eating together, we will learn of the power of food as a way of rediscovering the past and sharing our own stories, as well as hopefully making some new connections.
A must for foodies who love stories as a side order.
The food served will be vegetarian but is not under Beth Din supervision. Any allergies or dietary requirements let us know by emailing tickets@manchesterjewishmuseum.com
