Le Bistro @ Cheetham Festival Spring Fling

As part of the Cheetham Festival Spring Fling, Manchester Jewish Museum presents Le Bistro, a free pop-up restaurant where the menu needs you! Sunday 14th April 2019 2-5pm at Cheetham Ukrainian Centre, 31 Smedley Lane, M8 8XB

Whether you’d like to share a taste of home or discuss your latest culinary experiment, the chef at this unusual establishment is prepared to feed you in exchange for yours and your grandmother’s kitchen secrets!

Pop in, have a natter with a waiter and your fellow customer; and when you’re ready, add your own recipe to our collection of publicly donated step-by-step guides to the people’s favourite dishes!

Le Bistro is a pop-up performance intervention devised and hosted by Leo Burtin, often accompanied by another performer, in this case, Alison Matthews.
